Ben Askren wins by submission in One FC debut

Several months removed from his release from Bellator (while holding the welterweight championship), Ben Askren was successful in his first fight away from the organization.

The accomplished welterweight fighter and decorated wrestler submitted Bakhtiyar Abbasov via arm-triangle submission in the very first round earlier today in Singapore.
