GLORY, the world’s premier kickboxing league, today announced two events, completing the organization’s calendar through the rest of 2016. In between GLORY 33 New Jersey tomorrow and previously announced GLORY: COLLISION on Saturday, Dec. 10, GLORY will host GLORY 34 Denver and GLORY 35 Nice.

GLORY 34 Denver, taking place on Friday, Oct. 21 at 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Co., is headlined by featherweight champion Gabriel Varga (28-3, 8 KO) welcoming former lightweight champion Robin “Pokerface” Van Roosmalen (35-7, 19 KO) to the division for an opportunity to capture the featherweight crown.

Canada’s Varga reclaimed the belt he previously held by defeating rival Serhiy Adamchuk in July at GLORY 32 Virginia. Van Roosmalen drops down to the featherweight division after a highly successful run at lightweight, most recently losing a narrow decision to current lightweight champion Sittichai in June at GLORY 31 Amsterdam.

Hometown favorite Dustin “The Hanyak” Jacoby (9-7, 7 KO) will once again fight out of Colorado in the co-headline bout at GLORY 34 Denver, while Dutch-Tunisian newcomer Yousri Belgaroui (19-2, 10 KO) joins ever-exciting Israel “The Style Bender” Adesanya (63-3, 27 KO) of New Zealand, returning Alex ‘Po Atan’ Pereira (20-4, 11 KO) of Brazil, and No. 4 ranked Robert “The White Dragon” Thomas (8-4, 5 KO) of Canada for a four-man, one-night Middleweight Contender Tournament.

The tournament winner at GLORY 34 Denver, having fought and been victorious twice in a single evening, will fight for the GLORY Middleweight World Championship at a later date.

Earlier in the evening, as part of GLORY 34 SuperFight Series, American welterweights Casey “Go” Greene (5-6, 2 KO) and Richard “Maximus” Abraham (10-3, 4 KO) will meet for the second time this year. Abraham earned a unanimous decision victory during their battle in May at GLORY 30 Los Angeles.

Also on GLORY 34 SuperFight Series, former light heavyweight champion Saulo “Cassius Clay” Cavalari (59-4, 49 KO) of Brazil, currently ranked No. 3, takes on Dutch kickboxer Brian “Bad Ass” Douwes (41-19-2, 23 KO).
