Adam Atiyeh announces long-awaited pro MMA debut

Adam Atiyeh has been competing in the Pennsylvania amateur mixed martial arts rankings since his start in the sport in 2011. Six years later, with more than 20 amateur bouts to his credit “The Archangel” has announced his professional debut is drawing near.

Before Atiyeh turns pro however, he will take on Joe Pyfer at Art of War Cage Fighting 4, Friday, November 17 at the Sugar House Casino in Philadelphia, PA.

“You’re still not giving me no respect.  What is…. That’s why I’m turning pro soon.  What do you think this is?  What do you think I’ve been waiting for.  I’m gonna turn pro in March or December.  That’s right, I’m coming for you.  Come on, come on.”

While Atiyeh hasn’t offered up any names that he would like to fight, he does have a history with the Gracie 717 camp and told MyMMANews that he will be moving down to 170 pounds in the near future.
