Rumble in San Jose.  Anthony Johnson to face Lil’ Nog

Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson is looking to stay active and work his way toward that UFC light heavyweight title.  Rumble recently overcame the odds to defeat Phil Davis in the co-main event of UFC 172 in his bout after returning to the UFC.

Johnson will once again have his hands full as the UFC execs have put Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in front of him when the UFC on FOX hits San Jose, Calif., July 26.

Rumble (17-4) is on a seven-fight win-streak with wins over Andrei Arlovski, Mike Kyle, and Jake Roshalt.

Nogueira (21-5) has not fought in more than a year, a year-and-a-half come fight time.  He last defeated Rashad Evans via unanimous decision in February 2013.

This will mark the fourth straight year the UFC returns to San Jose’s SAP Center (formerly known as the HP Pavilion) for an event.
