Following a devastating knockout loss at UFC 194, Jose Aldo, has moved down the ladder in the pound-for-pound best fighter rankings, and 125-pound “Mighty Mouse” Demetrious Johnson has claimed the throne.

Conor McGregor said after his infamous 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194 that he is the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world. In the latest UFC rankings released on Monday, McGregor didn’t reach the top spot, but he’s close.

McGregor made the highest jump of any fighter after Saturday’s historic event, moving up nine places to No. 3 in the pound-for-pound ranks. Aldo relieves the top spot and drops to seventh while flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson officially becomes the new No. 1.

Jon Jones finally surpassed bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw and becomes the new world No. 2.

In other news related to the UFC 194 results, Luke Rockhold vaults from unranked to No. 9, surpassing former middleweight champ Chris Weidman. Weidman suffered the biggest drop of any fighter, falling from No. 3 to 11th.

Demian Maia, Tony Ferguson, Max Holloway, Urijah Faber and Yoel Romero all moved up one spot or two in their respective divisions after wins over the weekend.
