Head-to-Head-to-Head – UFC, Bellator and now WSOF all on Nov. 15

Head-to-Head-to-Head – UFC, Bellator and now WSOF all on Nov. 15

If you are an MMA nut and your DVR or TiVo can only record two programs simultaneously you better invest in another option.  For the first time ever, the UFC, Bellator, and the World Series of Fighting will all compete for ratings as each promotion will put forth their brand, Saturday, Nov. 15.

The head-to-head-to-head competition almost certainly spells disaster for WSOF as far as ratings go when you look at what they are going up against.

In an odd move, NBC Sports Network, the broadcast partner of the WSOF pushed their Oct. 24 event to the November date.  The location of the event has not yet been determined however WSOF 15 will be headlined by a middleweight title fight between Yushin Okami and champion, David Branch.

The UFC and Bellator cards are already playing up big draws with Bellator hosting the feud between UFC Hall of Famers, Stephan Bonnar and Tito Ortiz which will headline their card along with a lightweight title match between Michael Chandler and Will Brooks.

The UFC’s debut in Mexico is headlined by a heavyweight title fight between champion Cain Velasquez and Fabricio Werdum.
