Julian Lane always ready for a fight, takes ROC title fight on 2 weeks notice

Julian Lane is a fighter,  plain and simple.

When Louis Neglia called him and offered him a chance to replace an injured Max Bohanan, for a shot at Bradley Desir’s Ring of Combat lightweight championship, there was no hesitation even with only two weeks to prepare.

Lane is always in shape and in the gym. This is a tremendous opportunity for him to steal the show coming in on short notice and winning a title. Lane is a very colorful character, and a savvy veteran of the game with an 11-6 record. He has built many a relationships along the way and it pays off.

Fans may remember “Nitrane” from the Ultimate Fighter, Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson.

The Wreckroom Athletics product out of Ohio, has hooked up with Dante Rivera to get him prepared for his showdown in the cage. He’s confident and knows his opponent is a very tough individual. Although Lane is always willing to bang, he may have more of an advantage on the ground. September 23rd in Atlantic City, we will find out.

With four title belts at stake, this Ring of Combat 56 event is destined to be another outstanding evening of great fights. Cageside results right here at MyMMANews.com
