ZUFFA has already three class-action lawsuits filed against them from multiple former UFC fighters. A fourth one has been confirmed in the Northern District of California. The plaintiffs: Mac Danzig and Gabe Ruediger.

The lawsuit is similar to the previous three filed by other fighters in that ZUFFA and the UFC brand are allegedly running a monopoly in the world of mixed martial arts. Danzig and Ruediger are using a different law firm from the other plaintiffs: Spector Roseman Kodroff and Willis P.C will be representing the former UFC competitors.

Danzig, 35, went 5-8 in the UFC (21-12-1 overall) in a seven year span, before retiring from the sport of mixed martial arts. Danzig fought in many promotions, including King of the Cage, IFC, and Pride. Danzig’s highlight in his career was winning the Ultimate Fighter season 6, defeating Tommy Speer in the welterweight finals.

Ruediger, 37, fought in the WEC before joining the UFC, and competed on the Ultimate Fighter season 5. Ruediger would go 0-3 in the UFC with two stints in the organization. Ruediger, now retired, would finish his MMA career with an overall record of 17-9, with his highlight of his career being the WEC lightweight champion back in 2004.
