WHAT:
All 18 fighters participating in Thursday’s live NBCSN televised WSOF 18: Moraes vs. Hill world championship Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event at Edmonton Expo Centre will weigh in on Wednesday. The weigh in is open to the public, free of charge, and will stream live on WSOF.com, beginning at 6:00 p.m. EST/3:00 p.m. PST.

In the bantamweight (135 pounds) world championship main event, reigning kingpin Marlon Moraes (13-4-1) of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. will collide with undefeated top contender Josh “Gentleman” Hill (10-0) of Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.

In the welterweight (170 pounds) co-main event, former hockey enforcer turned KO artist Derek “Gargoyle” Boyle (13-6) of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada will take on Muay Thai champion and MMA star Shane Campbell (10-2) of Edmonton.

Cody “AK Kid” McKenzie (15-6) of Spokane, Wash. will bring an end to his short-lived retirement to face rising star and fellow submission expert Andrew “Andrewconda” McInnes of Edmonton in another welterweight contest.

The four-bout, live NBCSN telecast will begin at 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST with a featherweight (145 pounds) tilt between undefeated prospect Hakeem Dawodu (3-0) of Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Tristan Johnson (9-5) of Jordantown, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The live stream of the two-bout preliminary card will begin on WSOF.com at 7:45 p.m. EST/4:45 p.m. PST. Immediately following the conclusion of the live NBCSN telecast, a live stream of the event’s three-bout postliminary card will begin on WSOF.com.

WSOF President, six-time world champion and two-time Hall of Famer Ray Sefo will make announcements during the telecast concerning future WSOF happenings, including the much-anticipated, four-man light heavyweight (205 pounds) tournament that will commence at WSOF 19: Gaethje vs. Palomino on Saturday, March 28, live on NBCSN.
