WORLD’s COLLIDE! ACC & KTFO Cross promote December Event

ACC and KTFO cross promotion event –
Long Island’s and New York City’s top mixed martial arts promotions join forces to deliver a cross promotional event on December 16, 2016.

Aggressive Combat Championships Owners Eugene Perez and Tom Kilkenny, join forces with K.T.F.O Owner, Nic Canobbio, for a cross promotion titled “WORLDS COLLIDE”, a year end super show taking place on December 16th, at The Space in Westbury, New York.

KTFO just delivered their latest show on September 9th, 2016. The event took place at The Space at Westbury. The sold out show held a fight card with ten action packed bouts including three title fights. It was also New York State’s first MMA card since the State’s MMA ban was lifted.

Paul Thimote of Ultimate MMA Academy, won the vacated lightweight KTFO belt via a devastating head-kick, at KTFO 15, The welterweight title changed hands after Matt “Alpha Male” Roman, won a unanimous decision over Clubber Creed.

ACC 16 is set to take place this Saturday, September 24 in Queens, at the Queens Theater. A couple of titles are on the line this weekend in front of a sold out crowd. ACC has been setting the standards for NYC MMA since their promotion’s first installment.


In the main event, Cristian Wassweiler is set to battle the “Natural” Noah Donowa for the ACC featherweight title. Weigh-ins for ACC takes place Friday evening, starting at 6 PM, located at the Spring Hills Suites Marriott in Corona, Queens.

ACC and KTFO have made a priority of fighter’s safety and are both sanctioned by the USMTA. The USMTA is the first third-party sanctioning body, granted a license by the New York State Commissioner of Athletics.

ACC co-owner Eugene Perez has built some of the best amateur fight cards, not only in NY, but in the entire Tri-state area. Every card is packed with equally skilled athletes competing in every bout. Tom Kilkenny and Eugene Perez set the standards for fighter safety as they are among the first to require blood work, physicals and abide to health suspensions.

“KTFO’s TV and media partnerships and ability to market events and ACC’s ability to put together stacked cards make a perfect fit. There won’t be a fighter in the tri-state area that will want to miss being on this card.” The KTFO president, Nic Canobbio said.


Canobbio, KTFO President, continues to grow a brand through excellent marketing and creating relationships with sponsors, such as, FloCombat and Long Island Buffalo Wild Wings. KTFO delivers fans in attendance and at home a gift wrapped package of MMA. Fans can stream the action live at home the FloCombat, with great play-by-play commentary by Dan Canobbio, Jason Griggs, and occasionally, Eric Dehm.
