The World Series of Fighting showcased another night of fights, this time from the Edmonton Expo Center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Feb. 12.

In the main event, WSOF bantamweight champion Marlon Moraes handed undefeated Josh Hill his first loss.

Moraes suffered a bruised and bloodied nose in the opening round but weathered the storm and was able to retain his title via unanimous decision.

Alaskan fisherman Cody McKenzie who retired from the sport in December, came out of retirement in less than two months time, to take on Andrew McInnes.   The two each cried foul as McInnes pulled McKenzie’s hair but then McKenzie retaliated by headbutting his opponent.

The fight might have been ruled a no-contest however, McKenzie screwed himself over after the referee warned him about the headbutt and his response was, “Well, if he’s going to pull my hair.” His retort to the official declared that the move was in fact in intentional and it was no accident. The ruling was then awarded to McInnes with McKenzie losing by disqualification.
