Undefeated Adam Posener “Definitely” Close To A UFC Contract After BFL 85 Win

Adam Posener (6-0) recaps his first-round submission victory over Allan Ruiz (9-5) at BFL 85 on Oct. 16. Adam also spoke about a switch up in opponents, getting tickets to watch UFC Vancouver and where this win has put him for his career.
“I think I’m definitely close (to a UFC contract). Obviously, I wouldn’t mind getting signed right away. But at the same time that doesn’t really happen anymore. I think Contender Series is probably realistic for me. With that being said, Contender Series starting in August 2026, I’ll probably need to at least get one more in and that will probably do it.”
