Aaron Pico talks fight with John de Jesus & planning his revenge tour
Aaron Pico knew exactly what he wanted to do after his last fight.
As soon as Pico finished Solo Hatley Jr. in just two minutes and ten seconds at Bellator 242 in July, he wanted to fight again by the end of the year. Now he’ll do just that.
Pico (6-3) will now fight against John de Jesus on Bellator’s Nov. 12 card. When Pico steps inside the cage that night he’ll be bringing a two-fight winning streak with him. As for de Jesus (13-8), he’s also riding a winning streak into the cage as he’s won his past three fight.
Pico isn’t looking past his Nov. 12 opponent, but if he wins there are three guys on his radar.
Zach Freeman, Henry Corrales and Adam Borics mark Pico’s three losses. When Pico first signed with Bellator he was making his professional debut after an incredible wrestling career. Pico feels like if he fought those guys with the experience he has now, then the fights would have a totally different outcome. That’s why he plans on starting up the Aaron Pico Revenge Tour.
In an interview with MyMMANews, Pico detailed his upcoming fight, his Bellator career and his revenge tour. You can see the full interview in the video above.
