Abdu Rozik, internet sensation who was to fight Hasbulla, getting married this summer
Abdu Rozik, a 20-year-old internet sensation from Tajikistan, is getting married this summer to Amira, his 19-year-old Emirati bride-to-be.
The wedding, set for July 7 at an undisclosed UAE location, was confirmed by the International Fighting Championship Management (IFCM), Rozik’s management company. “Abdu Rozik is thrilled about it. We’re all delighted for him and wish the couple the best,” said an IFCM spokesperson.
Rozik, a three-foot tall dwarf whose full name is Abdu Rozik Savriqul Muhammadroziq, is a Tajikistani singer and social media influencer.He participated in the Indian reality show Bigg Boss 16 (2022) and as a guest contestant on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 (2023) on Colors TV after which he gained recognition in the Indian media. Rozik is a household name in Tajikistan with more than 8.2 million followers on Instagram.
In recent years Rozik gained worldwide popularity as he and fellow dwarf Haschbullah Magomedovich Magomedov, more commonly known as Hasbulla, battled on social media.
The two men went back and forth for more than a year and then in 2021, Rozik challenged Hasbulla to a fight, but the Russian Dwarf Athletic Association (RDAA) did not approve, calling it unethical.
In September 2022, Hasbulla signed a five-year promotion contract with the UFC. No, he will not fight. Instead, Hasbulla will attend tournaments and have media activity as part of his role in the organization.
