ACA 112 Adds Rematch Between Dzhihad Yunusov and Diego Brandao
ACA 112 continues to add more fights to its ranks. The best Russian MMA promotion is putting on their event on October 4th in Grozny, Chenchnya, Russia. Added to the card will be Dzhihad Yunusov and Diego Brandao, who fought once before at ACA 100. Brandao won that fight via split decision.
Brandao is a long time veteran of the fight game having fought in ACA, RCC, and most notably, a 13 fight stint in the UFC. Brandao dropped his last fight in ACA to Marat Balaev via split decision. In his last eight fights, Brandao is 8-8.
On the other side of the ring, Dzhikhad Yunusov comes into ACA 112 at 16-5. His last fight was that loss to Brandao that went down to the wire. Yunusov looks to get back in the win column and start climbing up the ACA lightweight rankings again.
ACA makes this rematch just a year later as the two have unfinished business to attend two. These two guys fought tough the first fight and the second go round will he just as entertaining.
Building ACA 112
ACA 112 has two other fights scheduled for October 4th. In the main event, Abdul-Rakhman Dudaev defends his bantamweight title against the Brazilian, Daniel Oliveira. In addition to some bantamweight action, a welterweight showdown between Abubakar Vagaev and Yasubey Enomoto.
ACA is the premier MMA promotion from Russia with a hotbed of talent not yet discovered by the western world. Having put on so many events, ACA is always a good spot for some good fight and future prospects. It will continue to find Russia’s best talent and showcase it for the world to see.
