Ailin Perez talks alleged assault at UFC Performance Institute
Ailin Perez was victorious inside the octagon tonight at UFC Vegas 82, but it is what she said after the fight that is making headlines.
Perez, who entered tonight’s contest with a black eye, defeated Lucie Pudilova by way of unanimous decision in Las Vegas and later revealed that she was allegedly attacked prior to the fight.
After originally not talking about the situation, Perez stated during her post-fight press conference that she was assaulted at the UFC Performance Center but that she forgot who was behind the attack.
Reports later alleged that fellow UFC fighter Joselyne Edwards was the culprit.

The UFC has not yet responded to the incident.
Edwards, 13-5, last fought in September on was on the losing side of a unanimous decision against Nora Cornolle.
Perez now sits at 9-2 with her victory tonight.
