Aline Pereira, sister of UFC’s Alex Pereira, to make MMA debut
Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) has announced that Aline Pereira, a former Glory kickboxer, has signed a mixed martial arts deal with the promotion. She is 6-2 in kickboxing, most recently falling to Glory super bantamweight champion Tiffany Van Soest via unanimous decision in January 2021.
Pereira will make her MMA debut November 18 against Ultimate Fighter veteran Helen Peralta in a women’s flyweight bout.
In a post on social media, LFA official wrote:

Aline is a GLORY kickboxing star and the younger sister of the UFC’s #1 middleweight contender, former GLORY kickboxing champ-champ, and LFA great Alex Pereira. 💥
Aline signed with LFA two years after her brother. She will make her debut at #LFA147 just six days after her brother fights for the UFC middleweight title in the main event of #UFC281. 👑
Aline will be joining our stacked women’s flyweight division! 👏”
Aline is the younger sister of UFC middleweight and former two-division Glory Kickboxing champion Alex Pereira.
Alex, 35, will challenge champion Irael Adesanya for his middleweight title in the main event of UFC 281 on November 12 in New York.
LFA 147 takes place at the WinnaVegas Casino Resort in Sloan, Iowa.
