Amy Golding – Cage Wars 45 Interview

Amy Golding, the Cage Wars atomweight champion is seeking her first title defense Friday, January 31, 2020, At Cage Wars 45 at the Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady, New York. This atomweight proved to the amateur world against Jennifer Hicks that she is capable of competing with the best of the best.

Golding joins Carroll’s Corner MMA Podcast to speak about her upcoming title fight. We spoke about how wrestling as positioned Golding to overcome the experience of Hicks in her title fight. We also discussed the lack of opponents for Golding and how that lead to the beginning of her amateur career.
