Art of War Cage Fighting 19 results – AOW 19 – Cafaro vs. Abdullah
Art of War Cage Fighting promoter Mike Bickings brings his show back to the Sportsplex in Feasterville, Pennsylvania with AOW 19 on July 31.
In the night’s main event, Ryan Kim Cafaro (7-5) returns to action for the first time since a submission loss to Tim Dooling at Ring of Combat 70 in November 2019. While essentially inactive from competition throughout calendar year 2020, Cafaro was not sitting idly by. Highly regarded as one of the up and coming coaches in mixed martial arts competition, Cafaro has been assisting fighters such as Frankie Edgar, Marlon Moraes, Eddie Alvarez, Sijara Eubanks, Katlyn Chookagian, and others, in their training.
Cafaro will be facing Ashan Abdullah (8-9) tonight in Feasterville. Abdullah’s last fight also came in November 2019, a split decision loss to Jesse Stirn at Shogun Fights 23.
In the night’s co-main event, a pair of 105-pound women will make their professional MMA debuts as Natalie Schlesinger meets Sandy Chheng at 105-pounds.
