Benson Henderson re-signs with Bellator
Benson Henderson will stay with his six-year home of Bellator.
Just two months ago, Henderson fought out his contract with the promotion. In his final fight on the contract, he pulled off an upset win over Islam Mamedov at Bellator 273.
Following the bout, MMA fans and Henderson himself were unsure of his future.
Watch his post-fight interview below:
However, Bellator confirmed on Wednesday that the former UFC and WEC champion will be staying with the promotion and has signed a multi-fight deal.

Under the Bellator banner, Henderson (29-11-0) has fought for the Bellator strap twice and defeated the likes of Patricio Pitbull, Saad Awad, and Myles Jury.
As Benson Henderson will be turning 39 this year, it is likely that he will retire with the promotion. But not before he attempts to make one more run at the title.
Sitting at number three in the lightweight division he just might be fighting for a title by the end of the year.
We here at MyMMANews are happy for Henderson and can’t wait to see what is next in what may be his final chapter in combat sports.
