Bill Burr responds to wife giving the finger to Donald Trump at UFC 295
Famed comedian Bill Burr, and his wife, were seated near former U.S. President Donald Trump at UFC 295 last weekend when cameras caught a glimpse of something that has since gone viral.
Nia Renee Hill and Burr were guests of UFC CEO Dana White for the pay-per-view event at Madison Square Garden. Cameras followed Trump, a lifelong MMA fan and UFC supporter, as he entered the arena alongside musician Kid Rock, White, Donald Trump Jr., and news anchor Tucker Carlson.
That’s when Hill flipped the bird behind Trump’s back unbeknownst to the former President.

Now Burr has spoken out about the incident.
“I love my wife. You know where you stand with her,” Burr said during an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show. “The guy walked in the arena, everybody cheered, she gave him the finger, nobody got arrested. That’s why this country’s great. Everybody expressed themselves. Can we all be adults?”
Burr, who had performed in New York the night prior to the fight card, seemingly continued to show support his wife’s actions.
“I don’t know about you but I came there to go to the fights,” Burr said. “I didn’t know I was going to the Republican National Convention.
“It’s like those Trump guys — they’re always going, ‘You snowflakes, eff your feelings,’ and all of that, and then you make fun of Trump and they’re like, ‘Oh my God, that’s so disrespectful!’” Burr said.
