Brittney Palmer announces retirement after winning ‘Ringcard Girl of the Year’

Longtime UFC octagon girl Brittney Palmer will retire after this weekend’s UFC 296 fight card in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 36-year-old model made her announcement tonight at the 15th annual World MMA Awards took place Thursday at SAHARA in Las Vegas.

“After 16 years with the UFC, I’ve decided to retire,” Palmer said. “This weekend will be my last event.”

Palmer won “Ringcard girl of the Year” after going up in competition against Louise McKie, Brookliyn Wren, Jhenny Andrade, and Luciana Andrade. She has received the award four other times in 2012, 2013, 2019, and 2022.
