Cage Warriors 112 Adds Jack Cartwright and Manuel Bilic Title Fight
Cage Warriors 112 continues to grow as the date rapidly approaches. Announced in a press release, Jack Cartwright will defend his bantamweight belt against Manuel Bilic. The card will take place on March 7th at the Bec Arena in Manchester. It will be aired on UFC Fight Pass in America.
Coming into Cage Warriors 112, Jack Cartwright is 7-0 and won the belt after a one night tournament in September. He beat Scott Malone and Marko Kovacevic at Cage Warriors Unplugged 2. The newly crowned king looks to get another win and cement his name as a deserving UFC candidate.
Manuel Bilic is 15-6 and provides a great test of experience to Cartwright. He won his Cage Warriors debut in February via rear naked choke. Now he looks to make a name for himself and winning the biggest fight of his career to date. Bilic will look to spoil the title holders reign and grab his share of gold.
Cartwright looks to keep his reign in tact as Bilic will be a tough fight for the 7-0 fighter. A win will get the UFC eyes on him, especially as such a young prospect. Defending your title is a sure fire way to grab attention of the worlds biggest MMA promotion.
Cage Warriors 112 adds some of the best local names to the Manchester card as well. With names like Adam Proctor, James Webb, and Martin Stapleton, the promotion looks to put on yet another promising show of fights for fans to feast on.
