CFFC 74 results – Sabatini vs Oliveira
Cage Fury Fighting Championships held CFFC 74 tonight from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The fight card, which broadcast live on UFC Fight Pass, was headlined by a featherweight title bout between champion, Pat Sabatini, and challenger, Fabricio Oliveira. If Sabatini doesn’t get the call to the big show after tonight, something is wrong. The champion forces a submission in the second round to retain his belt.
In the co-main event, Sidney Outlaw looked to continue his incredible run as he meets lightweight champion Cesar Balmaceda at 160-pounds. Both men struggled to make weight yesterday so the title was taken off the line and the men will do battle at catchweight. Outlaw gets the submission in the first very round and could find himself back on the UFC radar after a win like this.

Troy Sterling, brother of UFC bantamweight Aljamain Sterling, met Miller Brothers MMA’s Joey Tizzano, with Tizz coming out on top by way of judges’ decision.
Ryan Kim Cafaro racked up another big win as he submitted Michael Lawrence in the second round by way of guillotine choke. Cafaro was hurt earlier in the fight from some of the big shots that Lawrence was throwing, and even got knee’d in the head just seconds before he was able to gather his thoughts and finish the fight. Cafaro is a warrior.
