Championship doubleheader leads stacked UFC BJJ 6 card

UFC BJJ 6 is stacked

Las Vegas – UFC BJJ continues its run of shows in 2026 with another stacked event headlined by two title matches, including the inaugural women’s bantamweight championship. In the main event, reigning UFC BJJ light heavyweight champion Mason Fowler returns to defend his title for the first time against multiple-time IBJJF champion Pedro Machado. The co-main event will see one of the best women’s pound-for-pound grapplers in the world, Ffion Davies, and rising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu phenom Cassia Moura vie to become the first UFC BJJ women’s bantamweight champion. Also on the card, Nick Rodriguez makes his first appearance in the UFC BJJ Bowl as he faces multiple-time world champion Elder Cruz at heavyweight.

UFC BJJ 6: FOWLER vs MACHADO takes place Thursday, February 12 and will stream live and free on UFC BJJ’s YouTube channel beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Fowler (1-0, 1 submission, competing out of San Jose, Calif.) looks to defend his UFC BJJ light heavyweight crown in highlight-reel fashion. A champion in almost every league he has competed in, Fowler and showed off his dynamic submission skills in victories over David Garmo, Christiano Troisi and Pedro Marinho. He now has his sights set on maintaining his spot at the top of the 205-pound mountain by taking out Machado.

Machado (1-0, 1 submission, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) plans to remain undefeated in the Bowl and raise UFC BJJ gold for the first time. Known for his dominating achievements as a colored belt, he has continued excel in competitions as a black belt and proved himself as one of the best in the world with a second-round submission over Filipe Pinheiro at UFC BJJ 1. Machado now aims to vanquish Fowler and begin his own reign as champion.

Grappling star Davies (0-0, competing out of London, England) makes her official UFC BJJ debut looking to further show that she is the greatest women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner competing today. A world champion in the gi and no-gi, as well as an absolute champion, Davies has become a fan favorite for her consistently entertaining outings, including her win over Adele Fornarino in 2025. She now intends to deliver once again and add the UFC BJJ title to her incredible list of achievements.

Moura (2-0, competing out of Midland, Texas by way of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) seeks to continue her momentum to become the first UFC BJJ women’s bantamweight champion. A breakout phenom in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she made history by going from blue belt to black belt in just one year, thanks to her three consecutive IBJJF world titles during that time. Moura now sets out to earn her biggest victory yet by submitting Davies.
