No bouts have officially been confirmed for the UFC White House card but rumors of McGregor vs Michael Chandler have circulated in headlines.
In another post, McGregor shared training clips and wrote:
“The Champ Champ returns!

McGregor and Chandler, who coached opposite one another on the Ultimate Fighter, were supposed to fight last year but the former featherweight and lightweight champion had to pull out due to injury.
Now with arguably the biggest event in UFC history in front of them, it appears that UFC CEO Dana White is placing all his chips on McGregor for the main event.
McGregor hasn’t fought since suffering a broken leg in his trilogy against Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
Chandler, who recently recorded three consecutive losses, has not seen a win inside the octagon since May 2022.
