Darren Till jokes he will throw in the towel if he is in Mike Perry’s corner at UFC 255
Darren Till might be in Mike Perry’s corner at UFC 255.
In June, Perry only had his girlfriend in his corner, yet he is looking to add a second person. He took to social media to say whoever pays him the most amount of money would get in his corner. Immediately, Darren Till called for him to be in the corner and it started to get traction. Perry’s manager said it was getting close and if it happens it would no doubt be funny.
Now that Till had to pay to be in Perry’s corner, he is joking that he would throw in the towel if people pay him enough money.

Darren Till and Mike Perry have had a checkered past as of late. The two used to joke around and had that spar, spa incident. Yet, as of late, the Englishman made a website called MikePerryisabum.com and several social media accounts to troll Perry. “Platinum” also wanted to fight Till for a while now, so if he has the Englishman in his corner it would be something to see.
Darren Till is set to fight Jack Hermansson in December barring his knee is healed in time. The Englishman is coming off a decision loss to Robert Whittaker in July. It was his first loss at middleweight after he defeated Kelvin Gastelum by decision. The fan-favorite also holds notable wins over Stephen Thompson and Donald Cerrone.
Mike Perry, meanwhile, is set to fight Robbie Lawler in November at UFC 255. It will be his first fight since the UFC made him seek help after he was involved in an incident in a bar where he used profound language and hit an older man.
