Drew Dober vs. Rafael Alves set for UFC 277
A lightweight scrap between Drew Dober and Rafael Alves has been added to UFC 277, which is set to take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York on July 30th.
Dober (24-11-0, 1 NC) has been a member of the UFC roster since 2013 and has gone 10-7 with 1 NC under the promotion. During that time he has defeated the likes of Frank Camacho, Nasrat Haqparast, and Alexander Hernandez. In his last outing, Dober scored a first-round finish over Terrance McKinney at UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Ankalaev.

As a recent addition to the UFC roster, Alves (20-10-0) defeated Alejandro Flores on the 2020 season of Dana White’s Contender Series and most recently stopped Marc Diakiese with a first-round guillotine choke.

Now set to meet at UFC 277, both men will look to collect their second consecutive victory as they look to break into the top 15 of the division.
