Hayder Hassan promises “most dangerous” version of himself upon BRAVE CF return
Welterweight Hayder Hassan didn’t have the BRAVE Combat Federation debut he hoped for. Back at BRAVE CF 32, he was defeated by Carl Booth in the main event of the organization’s first-ever show in Kyrgyzstan. However, the loss has renewed Hassan’s commitment to improving “on little things”, as he promises his next opponent will get his most dangerous version.
Speaking to color commentator Phil Campbell at BRAVE CF Live Chats, Hayder talked about technical adjustments he has been working on from the Booth fight and spoke of his eagerness to come back to action as soon as it is allowed since the Coronavirus pandemic has paused all BRAVE CF shows.
“You know, I felt like I’m going to show so much improvement from my last fight. I mean, there are some things I realized, I think I was too aggressive against Booth. I relied too much on step-jabs, and it didn’t pay off. I’ve been working so much on these improvements, my next opponent will see a totally different fighter in front of him. The goal is to be the most dangerous version of myself next time I fight, and I’m looking forward to it”, said Hassan who has expressed a desire to see BRAVE CF make its stateside debut.
“I’ve been traveling all around the world in my last fights. I’ve fought in Abu Dhabi, I’ve made my BRAVE CF debut in Kyrgyzstan, which was awesome. But I would like to have my family come to watch me fight, and fighting for BRAVE CF in America would be amazing”.
Hayder Hassan was praised for putting on a show alongside Booth and has expressed his desire to continue to excel, this time with wins that can eventually put him up against top fighters at BRAVE CF.
“I mean, I don’t want to call anyone out, just give me the most dangerous guy. Let me test myself. I want to fight soon and want to fight a top guy.”
