Ian Heinisch makes quick turnaround, meets Brendan Allen on June 27
Ian Heinisch is not slowing down.
Just two days removed from a first-round TKO against Gerald Meerschaert at UFC 250, Heinisch is set to fight Brendan Allen on June 27. Combate first reported the bout, although the promotion is yet to make an official announcement.

Ian Heinisch took little damage in his fight with Meerschaert on Saturday, June. 6 The bout almost never happened after one of Heinisch’s corners had a false-positive COVID-19 test. The fight went on and Heinisch made the most of it, snapping a two-fight skid.
A product of Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Allen is a teammate of Meerschaert. Allen is riding a six-fight win streak and is undefeated in a pair of octagon appearances.
He most recently defeated Tom Breese via first-round TKO at UFC on ESPN+ 27 on Feb. 29. Like Heinisch, Allen is also an alum of Dana White’s Contender Series.
The event is scheduled to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The broadcast information is not yet available.
