Jerald Gregori – MMA, Bare Knuckle fighter passes away at age 28
Jerald Gregori, a professional mixed martial artist and bare knuckle fighting competitor has passed away at age 28. The alleged cause of death of the Montana native is suicide.
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship President and founder David Feldman wrote, “Saddened and shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Jerald Gregori. If any one of my fighters ever needs to talk about anything, I am a phone call away. People have issues and get depressed, I will always be there when needed. Talk to someone please. Very sad. RIP Jerald!”
Gregori’s mother later confirmed her son’s passing in the same post.
Gregori held a 2-6 amateur MMA record according to Tapology. He then moved to professional boxing and bare knuckle fighting. He was due to compete opposite Guillermo Perez at BKFC 34 on December 3 in Hollywood, Florida. Gregori previously fought twice for the promotion, losing both bouts in under 50 seconds.
