Jessica Eye says a Bare Knuckle FC fight against Paige VanZant would bring her out of retirement
Former UFC fighter and flyweight title contender Jessica Eye said there is one fight that would bring her out of retirement. That proosed bout is a bare knuckle fight with Paige VanZant for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
The 37-year-old “Evil” Eye has not fought since her UFC 276 decision loss to Maycee Barber July 2022.
Following the loss, Eye told UFC commentator Joe Rogan, “I think it’s time. I’ve been a pro since f*cking 2009. I’ve had plenty of UFC fights.”
Now more than a year later Jessica Eye might have that itch again. Tweeting on Sunday she wrote, “People Have been ask what would get me to Fight again and it would only be if it was a @bareknucklefc against @paigevanzant. If not I have no deserve outside of that.”

VanZant, also a former UFC fighter is 0-2 with Bare Knuckle FC, dropping decision losses to Rachael Ostovich and Britain Hart.
There is no sign of the 29-year-old VanZant returning to competition as she recently said that she earns more money by posting content on her subscription-based platform OnlyFans page than she has in all of her fights combined.
VanZant is 8-5 as a professional mixed martial artist while Eye holds a 15-11-0-1 record.
