Josh Fremd, PFL Pittsburgh

Josh Fremd on highlight reel win at PFL Pittsburgh, UFC release and fighting for BKFC next

Interview with Josh Fremd

Josh Fremd (12-6) recaps his third round TKO victory over Jarrah Hussein Al-Silawi (21-7) at PFL Pittsburgh on March 28th. Josh also spoke about being released from the UFC, not fighting in 2025 and fighting for BKFC in a few weeks.

“I’m cleared, I think it’s like a seven-day thing to let these stitches heal up. I signed it and PFL is letting me honor it. Before the PFL came along, I was signed to BKFC. Obviously PFL is my goal, MMA is a goal. I was a Golden Gloves boxer, and I want to give myself a test in this. I got a teammate on this card Chris Camozzi, who I like very much. It would be an honor to share the card with him.”
