Mackenzie Dern to face former champion Jessica Andrade at UFC 295
Former UFC women’s strawweight champion Jessica Andrade (24-12) will meet rising contender Mackenzie Dern (13-3) at UFC 295 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York on November 11. The promotion announced the fight during Saturday’s UFC 292 broadcast in Boston, Massachusetts.
The battle of Brazilians is a must win or the former champion.
Andrade is looking to bounce back from three consecutive losses. The once most dominant 115-pounder on the planet recently suffered defeats from Tatiana Suarez, Xiaonan Yan, and Erin Blanchfield.
Dern is coming off an extremely impressive unanimous decision win over Angela Hill in May.
