Michael Graves removed from UFC card following arrest for battery
UFC Veteran and star of The Ultimate Fighter Season 21, Michael Graves, was to fight Sergio Moraes at UFC Fight Night 100, November 19 at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Today the UFC released a statement regarding the removal of Graves from the card following a recent arrest of the American Top Team star.
“The UFC organization is aware that Michael Graves was arrested over the weekend on a misdemeanor battery charge. The organization takes this situation seriously and is in the process of gathering more information.
“Graves has been removed from his scheduled bout on Nov. 19 as a result of the pending legal matter.”
A replacement for Moraes has yet to be named.
