Molly McCann – “I’m gonna be taking a bit of time off for me mental and physical state”
It appears that 34-year-old “Meatball” Molly McCann will be taking some time off after a unanimous decision loss to Bruna Brasil at UFC 304 in England on Saturday night.
“Last night was Bruna’s night!” McCann wrote on Instagram following the defeat.
“Massive congratulations to her. I wasn’t able to recover after that knee the firm. Few broken bones and some heavy bruises, sh*t night in the office for me but it is what it is. Hope you all enjoyed a great night of fights. Thank you to all UFC/ UFC PI staff for the care and love. We live to fight another day. I’m gonna be taking a bit of time off for me mental and physical state. Much love the firm!”

Since making her debut in the UFC in March 2018 McCann, a former Cage Warriors flyweight champion, has posted a record of 7 wins and 6 losses.
