MPR Endurance opening doors to help promote Sambo

Erik Purcell is the owner of MPR Endurance in Langhorne Pennsylvania, a full-fitness facility where they offer classes in MMA, judo, boxing, striking, wrestling, fitness and Sambo.  Purcell is also the mastermind at Rise Championships, which is a regional BJJ and Sambo tournament.

In order to help promote the art of Sambo and encourage more mixed martial artists to get involved in the craft, Purcell is opening the doors to MPR.  He has invited all gym owners and trainers to come in and train for free to help further the sport. It’s no strings attached. Open classes are at MPR Endurance located at 864 Town Center Drive Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Mondays 8pm and Fridays at 11am. Classes are usually 1.5 hours.

These classes are the precursor to Sambo Rise Championships on May 5.  This competition will have two divisions and also have cash prizes.  MPR is a huge, clean facility with some world class trainers.  I suggest that anyone that wants to improve their skills to visit and take them up on this generous offer.  You can check out MPR Endurance on Facebook or their website www.mprendurance.com.

More than 15 years experience in the PA/NJ regional MMA circuit. Commentator/post fight interviews/pre-fight show host @ Art of War Cage Fighting and Ring of Combat The story of the fighter is what Bob loves about the sport. From the lowest level, to the highest, he only cares about the two warriors who do battle once the cage doors close. Everything else is secondary. Without their blood, sweat, and tears, he would not be here enjoying every minute.
