Roncoroni, the former Ring of Combat middleweight champion discusses a tough loss in his last fight during his quest to recapture gold. The crafty 185-pound fighter will return to the cage, December 9 at the State Theater in Easton, Pennsylvania where he will meet Phil Hawes inside the Maverick MMA cage.
Dakota talks about her experience as a Maverick MMA ring card girl at the organization’s most recent event and her transition in the sport of mixed martial arts. She announces that she would like to fight as early as February 2018, but is also looking to work as a ring card girl at Maverick MMA 4, while boyfriend Roncoroni competes inside the cage. Roncoroni surprises us stating that he would like to make the drop down to 170-pounds in 2018.
This Friday night at Penn State University, Bellator MMA will hold Bellator 186. Brett Martinez who will be competing on the card calls in for a few moments to discuss fight week and the cut down at 155-pounds.
We also discuss results of this past weekend’s UFC Fight Night 119 in Brazil, and the Bellator 186 and UFC 217 fight cards. A few predictions were made for the big pay-per-view card at Madison Square Garden as well.
