Nate Diaz: “I’m not fighting Conor, he sucks”
UFC fan favorite Nate Diaz wants to compete but continues his assault on the UFC, stating the promotion is holding him up from entering the octagon again. According to Diaz, the UFC is holding out on booking him because there are hopes of matching him against Conor McGregor for a trilogy bout later this year.
On Monday night, Diaz took to Twitter to say:
“I been trying to fight everybody and no go what’s the hold up ufc 😡👊🏼 ?
I’m not fighting Conor he sucks.
I’ll fight some one quit slow rolling me please
Thanks”

Diaz hasn’t competed since this past June at UFC 263 where he dropped a unanimous decision to Leon Edwards in a five-round bout. The 37-year-old fighter publicly asked for his release from the UFC citing inactivity as the reason.
McGregor has been on the sidelines rehabbing a leg break that occurred in his UFC 264 trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier last July.
While Nate Diaz sits waiting for a fight to come to fruition, he and Dustin Poirier have been making UFC matchmaking easy as both have agreed to fight one another. All the UFC has to do is put it together.
