ONE: Dangal Interviews took place ahead of ONE Championship’s next event.
These Q&A sessions included reigning ONE heavyweight world champion Brandon The Truth Vera and ONE world heavyweight title challenger Arjan Singh Bhullar. Also, women’s atomweight contender Ritu The Indian Tigress Phogat and her opponent Bi Killer Bee Nguyen.

Vera defends his ONE heavyweight world championship against Bhullar in the top of the marquee feature for ONE: Dangal.
The Truth talked about his Sanford MMA move to train with former opponent Aung La N Sang, his assessment of Bhullar’s skillset in addition to how the story of the fight will unfurl, plus the improvements he’s been able to make since he last entered the ONE Circle.
Bhullar discussed his training methodology for Vera as well as the lengthy timeline leading up to the title bid. Plus, Bhullar gave his thoughts on the defending world champion’s strengths and weaknesses as a martial artist as well as his perceptions of the rest of the weight category.
Phogat talked about what fans can expect from her during the matchup against Nguyen, risking her place within the ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix in this bout, being unbeaten in the ONE Circle, and how her dominant wrestling game translates to the rest of the fighters in her weight class.
Meanwhile, Nguyen discussed what lessons she has learned in 2021 so far. Plus, her thoughts on the stylistic proclivities of her opponent Ritu Phogat and feeling like her striking prowess will be the difference-maker against Phogat.
