Pure Fighting Championships 7 returned to Milwaukee Theatre tonight in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This massive Midwest card features old favorites and thirsty newcomers as well as several title defenses.

Professional Main Event: Mark Lemminger vs Frank Schuman

All of Lemminger’s pro fights have ended in either a submission or TKO/KO. Meanwhile Schuman is a submission specialist coming off of two losses. Round one started off with some excellent punch exchanges with knees and kicks sprinkled in. Schuman maintain good ring control in spite of an aggressive Lemminger. Lemminger did score a takedown via a trip. Round 2 saw precision brawling from both athletes, each connecting shot from both fighters was solid. Ultimately Lemminger was able to stun Schuman and secure the win in the 2d round via TKO. 

Professional Co Main Event: Tim Hiley vs Eddie Larrea

Still undefeated pro Tim Hiley secured a win over the extremely experienced Eddie Larrea. Larrea came out round one with a superman punch and Hiley countered with several hard head kicks. Larrea shot for a takedown however Hiley sprawled. It was give and take on the ground while each fighter fought to establish the dominant position. Round two began similarly to round one. Hiley was able to take his back and sink in a rear naked choke for the win. Excellent sportsmanship exhibited by both fighters.

Amateur Lightweight Title fight: James Conrad Clark vs Jorden Mcdonald

A natural born entertainer James Clark’s was unfortunately unable to defend his lightweight title tonight. Jordan McDonald secured the win in just 23 secs in the first round via knockout.

 Bantamweight Title fight: Jamey Simmons vs Andrew Johnson

Winning is a habit for both these dynamic fighters however only one of them is able to retain their undefeated title tonight. Simmons picked up the Pure FC Bantamweight in the second round via KO. This fight displayed lots of great wrestling with several massive takedowns by Simmons.
