Renata Baldan, a former professional mixed martial artist, has died according to sources on social media.
According to the X account of MMA reporter Bruno Massami, Baldan sustained injuries from a car accident in her native country of Brazil.
The journalist wrote, “Former WMMA fighter, Renata Baldan passed away in Brazil. She was suffered a terrible car accident in Ubatuba, São Paulo and doesn’t survives. She have 4-2 in MMA bouts and retires from sport in 2015.”
