Sarah Shell – Doctor, mom of three, NPC bikini contest winner, and MMA fighter to fight bare knuckle

Dr. Sarah Shell is an Integrative Primary Care Physician and a mother to three children. She owns and operates Shell Medical: Hormone Health and Wellness in Chandler, Arizona, and is also a National Physique Committee bikini contest winner.

The 34-year-old professional mixed martial artist has a record of 1-2 and will be making the transition to bare knuckle fighting when she meets Audra Cummings at BKFC 33 on November 18 in a women’s flyweight bout.

The NPC is the premier amateur physique organization in the world. Since 1982, the top athletes in bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini and physique have started their careers in the NPC. Many of those athletes graduated to successful careers in the IFBB Professional League, a list that includes 24 Olympia and 38 Arnold Classic winners.  Shell’s most recent win came just two weeks ago, while in preparation for her upcoming brawl.

BKFC 33 will be headlined by a bout between former heavyweight champion Joey Beltran and Houston Alexander. The two once met in MMA back in 2010 with Beltran coming out on top.

The event will be held at Liberty First Arena in Omaha, Nebraska and action will be broadcast live via FITE below.
