Third woman claims sexual assault by MMA instructor; police find steroids, guns, pills
William K. Bosley Jr., 49, remains in Fayette County Prison in Pennsylvania in lieu of $100,000 bail with a preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 26. Bosley, a mixed martial arts instructor, who own Uniontown Fight Club was arrested Dec. 6 when a woman told state police he assaulted her repeatedly when she was 14 to 16 years old.
Since then, two more women have come forth with similar stories.
After his arrest, a second woman told state police Bosley also assaulted her multiple times, when she was 15.
A third woman has come forward claiming William Bosley Jr. sexually assaulted her when she was a young, teenage girl.
According to a criminal complaint, the third woman joined the Uniontown Fight Club when she was 14-years-old. After training her for approximately a year, Bosley began to text the victim about her body, the complaint said. It also states that Bosley requested naked photos of the victim in order to better see the progress of her diet.
The complaint report in the third case stated that while staying at Bosley’s house for one night, Bosley entered the shower with the victim and touched her inappropriately. He grabbed her hand and placed it on his privates. The victim told police she repeatedly told Bosley “no”.
In the second case, which was filed last week before Magisterial District Judge Nathan A. Henning, Bosley is facing eight counts each of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Bosley forced the 15-year-old team member to perform oral sex on him. He allegedly told her he would give her more training or put her on fight lists in exchange. Bosley would allegedly assault the girl repeatedly in his car along roads in Dunbar Township, and at the Uniontown Fight Club, which was then located in North Union Township. He allegedly asked the girl for videos of her masturbating, which she refused to send. He sent her videos of himself masturbating, police said.
In the first case, Bosley is facing 96 counts each of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, photographing/videotaping/depicting on computer or filming sexual acts of a child, sexual assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility and simple assault. Those charges were filed Friday before Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries. The affidavit of probable cause filed in the case is sealed, meaning the details of the allegations are not released and the charges are not posted online.
State police searched Bosley’s home and found a large amount of steroids, pills and guns. He is not allowed to own any guns because of a previous conviction.
State police are asking anyone with information on further assaults to call the Uniontown barracks at (724) 439-7111. Trooper Nicole Sigwalt is investigating the case.
