We kick off the road to Titan FC 43. January 21st Live on UFC Fight Pass, our guest for this series is the reigning Titan FC Flyweight Champion Jose “Shorty” Torres (@shortytorres125) as he prepares for his first title defense against his toughest test to date, Pedro Nobre.
He is also joined by his weight management specialist, Lou Giordano (@lou_trition) as he helps Shorty get down to 125 pounds once again. Lou will be hosting a seminar at the Bloomfield Elks in Bloomfield, NJ on Saturday, which Shorty Torres will be appearing at as well.
