UFC Middleweight Sam Alvey joins me on the Fightlete Report this week. He fights Gian Villante at UFC Fight Night Utica, Friday, June 1 on FS1.

Sam talked about his last victory over Marcin Prachino by way of knockout, Fighting Gian on his hometurf, Dan Henderson vs. Shogun Rua Fight UFC HOF Induction, Liddell vs. Ortiz 3, fighter unions, and being happy with working for UFC.  The seemingly always upbeat Team Quest fighter is looking for his second victory by way of KO/TKO.

Always currently holds a professional mixed martial arts record of 32 wins with 10 losses. His tenure with the UFC dates back to August 2014. Tomorrow night’s fight will mark his 15th with the organization.
