Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, BYB Extreme Fighting Series and Unconquered Promotions announced today an exciting bare knuckle fight card for March 7. The 10-bout fight card will be headlined by a super heavyweight showdown between Chris Barnett and Matt Kovacs, and a light heavyweight battle between Mike Trujillo and Matt Delanoit. “Brawl III: Brawl at The Rock” will take place in BYB Extreme’s patented triangle ring— the smallest in all combat sports. Known by fans as the “Trigon,” its three equal sides create a tight fighting space. Action will begin at 8 p.m.

Tickets cost $305, $255, $205, $155, $105, $80, $65 and $45. Tickets are on sale now. All seats are reserved. Tickets are available at www.myhrl.com. Doors open one hour prior to show time. Additional fees may apply.

Chris Barnett (20-6) is a 33-year-old Tampa, Fla. native known as “Huggy Bear.” He has won his last five bouts and is unusually quick and athletic for a super heavyweight. “I’ve had Kovacs on my radar, and I’ve been watching him fight a lot over the years,” said Barnett. “This is going to be one where you don’t want to blink. Fists are going to be flying in the triangle!”

Matt Kovacs (19-12-1, 15 KOs) is a 38-year-old Everett, Wash. native known as Matt “The Attack.” He has won three of his last four bouts and is the former Coga/Alliance Fighting Heavyweight Champion. “This fight will not go the distance!” said Kovacs. “I’ve watched Chris fight for a long time. I know he’s a good opponent, and there is no doubt in my mind we will be the fight of the night. Nothing but fireworks!!”

Matt Delanoit (27-14-0, 1 no contest) from Omaha, Neb. is currently ranked the #1 Middleweight in Nebraska by Tapology. He is also a Cage Inc. Welterweight Champion and is known as “MFD.” “I get to fight Mike Trujillo in sunny south Florida when it’s still going to be cold as f**k up here in Omaha. I get a paid spring break to come KO this poor f**er in his hometown. I’m gonna catch a tan, Mike’s gonna catch these hands on his chin.”

Mike Trujillo (4-5) from Miami, Fla. is known as “KO Mike.” Trujillo is a popular fighter who stalks his opponent from the opening bell, continually moving forward until the final bell. “Omaha? Where the hell is that?” said Trujillo. “This fool better watch out. He thinks he’s coming here for a tan, but he’s gonna get burnt.”

BYB Extreme has deep local relationships as well as a national and international audience credited to the hit movie “Dawg Fight,” featuring BYB Spokesperson Dhafir Harris, aka Dada 5000.

“We want to pack the house and show the world that South Florida is the bare knuckle capital of the world,” said Dada 5000.

“The blood, sweat and tears displayed by fighters in ‘Dawg Fight’ is what initially caught our eye and truly fueled our ambition to create a controlled and organized environment that establishes a platform for the world to witness true brawls,” Co-promoter Jose Suris added. “The evolution that the fight world has experienced in the last 30 years allowed us to take the best parts of professional combat sports – boxing, kickboxing and mixed-martial-arts – to make BYB Extreme the ‘People’s Choice’ for fight fans around the world.”
