Woodley makes his professional boxing debut after parting ways with the UFC this past April. His contract expired with the promotion following four-straight defeats, including losses to current UFC champion Kamaru Usman and top contenders Gilbert Burns, Colby Covington and Vincente Luque

The Missouri native’s most recent victory is a second-round submission win against Darren Till at UFC 228 in September 2018.

After only making his professional debut in January 2020, Paul takes another step up in competition when he squares up with Woodley.

A pair of women champions will clash in the co-main event on Fite TV and Showtime. Serrano puts it all on the line as she defends her WBC, WBO and IBO featherweight world titles against WBC super-bantamweight champion Yamileth Mercado.
