UFC 280 weigh-in results – Oliveira vs. Makhachev / Sterling vs. Dillashaw
The Ultimate Fighting Championship held weigh-ins today in anticipation of tomorrow’s UFC 280 event from Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The pay-per-view event features two title fights and preliminary bouts will start early at 10am ET on Saturday.
In the main event, former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira will look to reclaim gold as he fights for the vacant title against rising star Islam Makhachev.
Bantamweight champion Aljamain Stering defends his strap against former champion T.J. Dillashaw.
Also, former bantamweight champion Petr Yan locks horns with one of the promotion’s biggest stars in “Suga” Sean O’Malley.
UFC featherweight champion Alexader Volkanovski successfully weighed in at 155-pounds and will serve as a backup for the main event.
