Ulysses Diaz arrested after allegedly punching internet troll

Ulysses Diaz, record-holder for the world’s fastest combat sports knockout, was arrested on battery charges in Miami-Dade county this week after striking a victim in the face, causing a laceration.

A news report from WPLG Local 10 (video above) states that the victim posted about Diaz online. The professional boxer turned mixed martial artist and bare knuckle fighting competitor, then showed up to the man’s home and, “that’s when he hit him.”

He is now facing a battery charge and was held on a $5,000 bond.  The fighter whose nickname is “Monster” has since been released and posting on social media as if nothing happened.  Bottom line here folks…. the internet troll picked the wrong guy to mess with.

Diaz, 40, is in a relationship with WWE women’s star Dana Brooke. The couple announced their engagement in July 2021.

Diaz made headlines at BKFC 14 last year when he knocked out Donelei Benedetto in just 3-seconds. The fastest knockout recorded in combat sports history.

In his most recent outing, Ulysses Diaz suffered a third-round loss to Thiago Alves at BKFC 18 in June.

Diaz’s bare knuckle record stands at 2-1 as a professional, while his MMA record is 1-0, and boxing 12-1-0.
